Michael enjoys giving back to the community and has been involved as a board member with several nonprofit organizations over the last twenty years. He believes that a purpose filled life is achieved by service to others.

Patrick has been in recovery himself since 2015 and was once a resident at one of the sober residences he now operates. His strong foundation in recovery informs his approach and passion for the work he does.

Michael is originally from Maryland and has resided in Florida since 1999. Michael has a background in business operations and has been in the recovery field for 14 years.

Stephany is dedicated to supporting others on their journey toward sobriety and healing. Her work reflects a genuine commitment to the recovery community and to FARR's mission of stable and supportive housing across Florida.

Neal McGarry has a proven track record of effective management at various levels of non-profit management, including planning, policy development, and implementation. He has a substantial background in advocating for social services.

William is the Executive Director of a Recovery Community Organization (RCO), Recovery Epicenter Foundation, an active board member with FARR, a board member of Saint Petersburg College’s Department of Human Services and the Vice Chairman of the statewide RCO, Floridians for Recovery.
