Mary Kellan Curry, better known as “MK,” has been with FARR since 2025. MK brings over a decade of experience in the substance use and mental health field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus in Addiction and Recovery, as well as a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration.

Based in the Boynton Beach office, MK serves as Statewide Regional Supervisor, working closely with the team of Regional Coordinators across Florida to support FARR-certified providers and advance the organization’s mission of excellence in recovery housing. In this role, she collaborates directly with providers throughout the state, offering guidance, consultation, and support to help programs meet and maintain NARR standards.

A typical day includes coordinating with Regional Coordinators, assisting providers with operational and quality improvement efforts, conducting consultative support, addressing provider needs, and fostering strong relationships as a community partner. Additionally, she guides FARR’s incident, grievance, and compliance processes. The most rewarding part of her role is working alongside providers and community partners to create supportive and recovery-oriented housing for individuals throughout the State of Florida.

As a person in long-term recovery, MK is deeply committed to quality improvement, resident recovery, and data-informed outcomes in behavioral health and recovery housing. Integrity, honesty, teamwork, and equality are the core values that guide her work every day.
