Josh has been with FARR since February 2021, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care across our certified recovery residences.

As Deputy Executive Director, he oversees the entire application and renewal process, provides leadership and training to our team, supports the Directors and collaborates with DCF Licensing Chiefs and stakeholders across Florida to drive impactful change.

What Josh loves most about his role is creating a safe space for those in recovery. He’s passionate about working with providers to ensure their programs meet the National Standard and help individuals achieve long-term sobriety. His commitment to affecting change at a macro level across the state is genuinely inspiring.

Originally from Birmingham, AL, Josh moved to Florida in 2018 and has dedicated his career to the recovery field. He has experience in various roles, from House Manager at Sober Living to Admissions Coordinator at treatment centers. Josh is also a Certified Event Interventionist.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his rottweiler, Nala, hitting the gym, watching football, and playing in a sober league softball team.
