Jordan Faust
Certification Supervisor

Jordan Faust serves as the Certification Supervisor for the Florida Association of Recovery Residences, where she supports the certification process for recovery residences throughout the state of Florida. Based in South Florida, Jordan works closely with providers, staff, and regional coordinators to help ensure that applicants and certified residences understand FARR standards, the application process, renewal expectations, and the steps involved in maintaining certification.
In her role, Jordan oversees many of the day-to-day details of the certification process, including application review, provider communication, renewal tracking, document collection, invoicing coordination, CRRA compliance, background screening support, and certification-related follow-up. A typical day may include answering provider questions, reviewing submitted applications, coordinating with assessors, assisting with certification timelines, and helping organizations navigate the entire process with clarity and care.
Before joining FARR, Jordan developed a strong background in administrative support, office management, communication, customer service, and organizational coordination. Her work at FARR allows her to combine those skills with a mission that deeply matters to her: supportive, ethical, and accountable recovery housing in Florida.
Jordan approaches her role with compassion, integrity, humility, and a commitment to service. She understands that certification is more than paperwork; it is part of a larger effort to protect residents, support providers, and strengthen recovery communities. One of the most meaningful parts of her work is being able to assist providers who are committed to supporting persons in early recovery and creating environments where residents can pursue lasting recovery.
Outside of her work at FARR, Jordan values faith, recovery, personal growth, and service. She believes giving back means showing up with honesty, consistency, and a willingness to be useful wherever she is placed. Originally from Colorado and now living in South Florida, Jordan enjoys time in nature, walking, reading, spending time with friends, and caring for her tuxedo cat, Hurley.
