Harley Michel

Executive and Legal Assistant

Portait of Michael Schlossman

Harley Michel joined FARR in November 2025 as Executive and Legal Assistant, providing critical administrative support. Based in the Boynton Beach office, she manages schedules, coordinates meetings and travel, drafts correspondence, and organizes legal documents. Beyond executive support, Harley oversees office operations, including filing systems, record keeping, mail, and deliveries, while collaborating across departments on special projects and events to ensure smooth workflow and meet project objectives.

Before joining FARR, Harley worked as a secretary at a treatment center, which was her first exposure to the recovery field. That experience opened her eyes to a community in need of better guidelines and patient-centered care. She has built much of her career in the nonprofit sector, discovering along the way that serving the community is her true passion.

Harley finds deep meaning in her work, knowing that every task, no matter how big or small, whether on the front lines or behind the scenes, contributes to FARR's mission of creating safe spaces for people in recovery. She believes the recovery community has been neglected for far too long and that those in recovery deserve the same respect and care as anyone else. Her approach is rooted in attention to detail and supporting field staff with the tools they need to succeed, recognizing that even small actions can create great impact and meaningful change.

Born and raised in South Florida, Harley enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and catching a movie. In her downtime, she loves knitting, watching anime, and attending Bible study.
