Chris Nino
Senior Field Manager

Originally from Wichita Falls, Texas, Chris moved to Florida nine years ago to begin his recovery journey. With over six years of experience in the recovery field, he has served as an Admissions Coordinator for 2.5 years and as a House Manager for four years. Currently, he is enrolled at Palm Beach State College, pursuing a degree to become a Registered Nurse (RN), and is a Certified Motivational Interventionist (CMI).
As the Senior Field Manager at FARR, Chris's responsibilities include managing the renewal process and overseeing Field Assessors. He reviews documentation for new applications, conducts audits and pre-inspections for providers, and issues certificates after completing onsite reports. Known affectionately as the "Personality Hire," he brings energy and enthusiasm to his role.
What Chris enjoys most about his job is being part of a dynamic team. Each member contributes unique strengths and perspectives, creating an environment that fosters collaboration and innovation. For him, every day feels like an accomplishment.
Passionate about the recovery community, Chris strives to cultivate warm and welcoming environments where everyone feels valued and supported. He believes in building friendly communities that go beyond providing housing—creating spaces where friendships blossom and people can thrive together.
In his free time, Chris keeps up with college studies, enjoys cooking delicious meals, stays active at the gym, and kayaks through serene waters whenever possible. He also loves treasure hunting at thrift shops and binge-watching the latest series.
