Austin Cook
Southeast Regional Coordinator

Austin Cook joined the FARR team in March 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in the recovery field to his role as Southeast Regional Coordinator. Operating out of the Boynton Beach office, Austin plays a key role in executing onsite assessments, scheduling provider visits, and supporting organizations in maintaining full compliance with FARR and NARR standards.
Before joining FARR, Austin worked for seven years as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), including three years in leadership roles where he managed operations and supported both adult and adolescent populations. His frontline experience equips him to engage with providers through education, accountability, and a collaborative approach to elevating care across the region.
Austin’s connection to this work is deeply personal. Having witnessed the impact of addiction within his own family, he brings empathy and lived insight to every interaction—with both providers and residents. His passion for recovery fuels his commitment to helping others find healing, and he views his role as a chance to help not just one program, but an entire region deliver safer, more effective care.
Austin approaches his work with discipline, hard work, integrity, and a strong belief in showing up—on time and with purpose. For him, giving back means helping someone take the next right step—or helping them rediscover that there’s still hope in the world.
Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Austin is a proud father to a two-year-old son and a six-month-old daughter. He and his fiancée love spending time at the beach in Juno, watching football, playing video games, and sharing the occasional root beer toast to life’s good moments.
