Incident Reporting

Pursuant to the terms outlined in the Certification & Compliance Agreement. Both Certified Providers as well as applicants for certification must notify FARR within 72 Hrs.  of any Life-threatening events and/or deaths of current residents, whether on property or elsewhere. REC - CAP For FARR Certified Providers

The Recovery Outcomes Institute, Inc. (ROI) is proud to collaborate with FARR and it’s certified recovery residences to provide the Advanced Recovery Management System (ARMS) which includes the REC-CAP Assessment FOR FREE. REC CAP is short for Recovery Capital and is an evidence-based assessment & recovery planning instrument developed by David Best Ph.D. David Best Ph.D. is the first Professor of Addiction Recovery and president of ROI. He also holds honorary professorial titles at the Australian National University and Monash University (Melbourne, Australia). He is the author of seven books about addiction recovery and more than 230 peer-reviewed journal papers and is one of the most notable members of the academic community in the Recovery Capital arena.


FREE Service to Palm Beach County Certified Providers

FARR has partnered with Palm Beach County and The Palm Beach County Community Services Department in collaboration with Commonly Well to bring the Recovery Capital Index tool (RCI) to you for FREE!

RCI is a strength-based assessment tool that can be used to significantly improve the success rates of your clients, improve on programming, and reduce recurrence of use. The RCI Tool is available to any Palm Beach County based Certified recovery residence at no cost to you.
