Heather Martin

Heather Martin co-founded 7 Summit Pathways with Dr. Lawrence Wilson in 2015 and now oversees operations, including staff, clients, and the overall care environment. Heather has more than 15 years of experience in community mobilization and systems transformation.

She has successfully organized statewide and national conferences, events, and social service functions.

Heather is a certified recovery coach and holds a CCAR Recovery Coach Academy© Trainer of Trainers designation. She earned a master’s degree in human services, with a concentration in business management and leadership, from Springfield College School of Human Services in Tampa. After completing her degree, she received a community service award for contributing more than 1,500 volunteer hours as a student representative chairing multiple prestigious advisory boards.
